I have been advising people for business ideas since 2001. People would invite me to breakfast or lunch to “pick my brain.” I guess you can say my brain works differently and is more creative.

I began my working years in the various positions we find when young…. waitress, mall store, cashier, etc. I settled into medical office billing at 19 and then went onto medical office management. I was married to a medical student at the time, so it made sense. I learned the business side while he learned the medical side. The creative juices flowed for different club projects, charity events, and business ideas over the years. I ran a maternity clothing, baby and mother gifts shop right off, my then husband’s, OB-GYN office waiting room. His patients shopped while they waited to be seen. Ingenious, right? I have owned a small construction company. I was almost the first female Nascar car owner…. that’s a fun story.

I began investing in real estate in 2000 doing a couple of wholesale deals, some fix and flips, Airbnb, and have owned 30 rental units. I have been the president of networking groups like BNI and my local Real Estate Investor Association. I have been a licensed realtor since 2006. Top producer since 2014 to present. All of this has exposed me to multiple business owners who love my creative ideas.
